The team were commissioned to design and build the GRIP4Track website – an interactive tool to assist and inform registered Network Rail Project Managers and suppliers about the process of controlling national rail infrastructure projects.
Two high level process diagrams show the GRIP lifecycle, stagegate reviews, pulse checks and escalation process and popup ‘tooltips’ explain the different stages of the process. There is a set of controls and resources for each diagram, in the form of links to useful sites, templates and instruction documents for download.
With ‘live editing’ and an uploading/revisioning of documents facility for logged-in Admin users, the new website went on to be regarded as a highly successful part of the GRIP4Track project.
